The Western Victorian Climbing Club is holding a BBQ and AGM at Penny Cotton and Richard Bignell's place at Creswick on Sunday evening, 25th January. The AGM will start at 8:30 - and be over very quickly.
The rough plan for Sunday is to climb in the morning, followed by a swim in St George's Lake and then up to Penny and Richo's around 5pm to set up tents (they have a 5 acre block and you're welcome to camp the night) and cook dinner before the AGM.
Please text Penny (0419 595 574) if you are coming to let her know, and to get the house number and the PIN to get in the gate.
The event is self catering, so you will need to bring and food and drinks. Penny and Richo have a BBQ for us to use, so you won't need to pack the camp stove.
If you are staying the night, then you'll need your tent, sleeping bag and mat, plus breakfast.
